About Us

We were incepted September 2008 by a forum of 80 women who temporarily abandoned fields during ‘harvest season’; scheduled a forum with the Provincial and Federal governments for a funded local brick and mortar agency to support families impacted by relationship violence and abuse in our rural and remote community; successfully convincing both governments of this essential need.

Currently serving the Town of Westlock, County of Westlock and Village of Clyde, the Provincial 211 Crisis line, we offer safety, support, relief, and resources.

Board of Directors

Our energetic Board of Directors bring relevant skill sets, training, wisdom, experience, time, compassion and energy in supporting Hope Resource Centre’s purpose; committed to ensuring our services remain sustainable for the families and individuals we are honoured to serve.
